Registration:

Q: When does Early Bird Registration end?
A: Early Bird rates have been extended until January 31^st 2024. Check the Registration page for a complete list of fees.

Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: Registration closes on February 29, 2024.

Q: Can I cancel my registration?
A: Yes, cancellations by February 29, 2024, will be refunded minus an administrative fee and any membership fees. Refer to the Cancellation Policy for details.

Q: Can I transfer my registration?
A: Yes, transfers are allowed until February 29, 2024. Contact info@environmentalflows2024.ca for transfer requests.

Q: I’m still deciding about attending the banquet. Can I decide later?
A: Absolutely! Banquet tickets are included in total registrations. We request an indication during registration for planning purposes, but it’s not binding.

Accommodations:

Q: What are the accommodation options for the conference?
A: We’ve secured a limited number of rooms at the Coast Capri Hotel at a special rate. Visit the Accommodation page for more details. Book early to avoid disappointment!

PLEASE NOTE: Accommodations are separate from conference registration. The conference team cannot assist with hotel bookings or modifications. Hotel cancellations follow the hotel’s policies.

Students and Young Professionals:

Q: Who qualifies as a Student or Young Professional?
A: Current college or university students (undergraduate or graduate) qualify for the Student rate & free membership. Young Professionals are those who graduated within the last 3 years.

Q: I need clarification about the Young Professionals event. Can I decide later?
A: Of course! We aim to accommodate everyone interested in attending.
