Environmental flows 2024
Our registration form offers a plethora of options tailored to your needs. Before you proceed with registration, kindly review the following registration, refund, and cancellation policies. Ensure you select the desired items for purchase. You can purchase additional items as the conference progresses when new workshops and tours are introduced.
By registering for the Environmental Flows Conference 2024, you agree to the following policies:
The conference will adhere to all public health guidelines relevant at the time. Attendees recognize the potential risks associated with viruses, including COVID-19, and willingly assume the risk of exposure during the conference.
For everyone’s safety, we recommend following the health guidelines of the hosting province, such as wearing masks in crowded indoor settings or if feeling unwell.
Should there be a national or regional lockdown, the conference may be postponed, cancelled, or shifted to a virtual format, as determined by the organizing committee. We are dedicated to collaborating with sponsors and exhibitors for partial or full refunds if the event’s format changes.
If you exhibit symptoms of illness during the conference, please refrain from attending.
Ensure the address provided during payment matches the one associated with the credit card used.
The Environmental Flows Conference 2024 will capture moments through photographs, which may be used for promotional purposes on various platforms. By attending, you consent to being photographed. Contact details will be provided at the event if you prefer not to be photographed.
If you’re a member of our organization, the name tag will reflect the organization listed in your profile. To make changes, update your profile or email us at info@environmentalflows2024.ca.
The registration form will have the option to include your contact details (Name, Organization, Email) in the Delegate List, intended to facilitate networking. If you don’t opt-in, your points won’t be included. The Delegate List will be printed and included in the conference packets without electronic distribution.
Cancellations / Refunds / Transfers
Attendees can receive a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee and any membership fees) if they cancel by February 29, 2024. Email info@environmentalflows2024.ca for cancellations.
If the organizers cancel the event, attendees will receive a full refund for the conference fees. Membership fees will not be refunded.
Registrations can be transferred to another individual by contacting info@environmentalflows2024.ca. Transfers of included memberships are not possible after activation.
